  I'm David Felix and let me be brutally honest with you.   Look..I am no different than you. I have a family, a job and all of the responsibilty that comes with that. Since I got out of the Marine Corps in 1995 I have been in a battle when it comes to my weight.

June 1, 2009 was my first day at boot camp. It had been one year since my son was born and I was still carrying around excess baby weight. I had been telling myself I will take off the weight myself and it never happened. I had heard other success stories about boot camp programs and figured, “why not try it?” Boot camp is by far one of the most challenging things I have done for myself, but also one of the most rewarding. I can look in the mirror and see inches are gone from my body. People I have not seen for awhile notice the changes right away. My clothes all fit better and I can even buy a size smaller, sometimes two sizes!  One of the best things boot camp has given me is more energy. I LOVE the fact I am done exercising by 6:15 in the morning and I have my whole day ahead of me still. I am a teacher, so the extra energy really helps working with kids all day! Dave is an excellent teacher and full of energy at 5:30 in the morning, which makes classes fun and the time flies by! We do a different set of exercises each class which helps keeps things fresh and exciting, With Dave’s help, I have recently started incorporating a nutritional plan into my exercise program.
